Assists churches and nonprofit groups in organizing, incorporating, acquiring tax-exempt status and preparing grant applications. Also a principal of OPTIMUM HOMES, INC., an affiliate of Optimum Business Services, Inc. Optimum Homes is a full service real estate company that provides sales and services to residential and commercial customers including churches in the Washington Metropolitan area. The Optimum businesses have shared office space in the Lanham business district for more than 10 years. | |
